Each employment of a foreigner from third countries is an individual case. Each employee has a different employment history, other residence and work permits in RP.
ASR Consulting must thoroughly audit all the candidate’s documents and verify their correctness in order to conduct the entrusting of work in a prompt and, which is most important, fully legal manner.
 

Being entrusted with the care for the entire employment process of employees form third countries, we provide your company with the following:

 
  • analysis of the documents confirming the possibility of legalizing the foreigner’s work,
  • when the employee is recruited and employed: analysis of documents from the point of view of the eligibility for employment, preparation of the documents to be lodged with the Office, representation vis-à-vis the public administration authority under the written power of attorney,
  • hired employee: document analysis, pointing out inaccuracies in the documentation, consultancy with respect to prolonging the foreigner’s residence and work, preparation of the documents to be lodged with the office, representation vis-à-vis the public administration authority under the written power of attorney,
  • document analysis, consultancy with respect to the legalization of the family members’ residence, preparation of the documents to be lodged with the office, representation vis-à-vis the public administration authority under the written power of attorney,
  • training with respect to the legalization of the foreigner’s residence and work,
  • audit with respect to the inspection of the documents giving the foreigner the right to stay and work.
